    license for 50cc

    ive got a tgb 303rs 50cc with an open car license, its a registered 2 seater.

    Can i carry a passenger???

     illogical though the law may be... in QLD, yes, you can carry a pillion on a 2-seat registered 50cc moped with nothing more than an open car license.

    No it's even crazier than that, you only need a P.

    I think I'd need more than a P if I was riding as a pillion on a probationary rider's 50cc.Embarrassed
