How do you get 160kph out of it??

Heavier rollers. When you have someone with a scooter like this who may use it more on the highway than around town they will often go up on the roller weight to make it a better cruiser. Trade off is accelleration.

It seems we have a pretender to throne, hell bent on confusing everyone by adopting a user-name almost the same as mine,  yes I did buy a Vespa GT200 not a Citicom thingie...
