hi i recently bought a 50cc honda today scooter i went and got a road worthy it didnt pass as they guy that did it told me there was no compliance plate i was just wondering if there is a compliance plate or is it the ID number under the bike that starts with 6H if so who do i contact to get another sticker as the one under neath my scooter is half missing it is still registered in my friends name. i was just wondering what i can do.
