After lunch we will head back into Qld along the coast back to the shop.

We will meet at the shop 71 Lwr West Burleigh Rd (near cnr Starling St) 9.30am for a 10.00am getaway.

Look forward to seeing you on the day.

PS: Just a reminder to the 50cc riders that you need the appropriate license to ride in N.S.W

Just a quick note. Sunday the 7th September happens to be Fathers day which wont suit a few people.

So I have moved it forward to the 28th September.

So whos planning on going too this ride in here?? I've got nothing planned for next sunday, and i'm alone sundays, thats why i like going for rides etc... So I was thinking off heading down too join this one. I miss my old stumping ground growing up (Burleigh) Sounds like a good scenic run to me... Would be nice too see a friendly face there I know who have already met... Anyone up for it??

I have a work function on at the Races on the 27th with everything paid for so there is not a lot of chance that I will be able to ride legally on Sunday Tongue Tied Beer

    Sorry Sad

Wife first, scooters and birds second.
    Got to remember that order......

    Just a quick note.

We have decided to meet at 8am for and approx 8.30-9.00 getaway. To allow time to get back for family and friends.

As for riding a 50cc in NSW as long as you have a motorcycle learners your safe to ride with other riders that hold a full bike license.

Nice little turn out today with 18 scooters all up.

After a bit of a chin wag and coffee fix from the the Revolution Burleigh coffee Brigade we set off up into the hills of Currumbin and beyond. With such a fine day we found ourselves cruising rather than pushing it hard, admiring the scenery and soaking up the Northern NSW countryside. After a little stroll through Murwillumbah we stopped to refuel and then continued onto Cabarita, after a brief stop looking over the Ocean we continued back north for our lunch stop at Salt Bar at the beautiful Salt Village. We could have easily just stayed on here with gorgeous surroundings and great company but we decided to take off back via Kingscliff and Sth Tweed ending up back at the shop at Burleigh.

Thankyou to everyone that commented on how wonderfull the ride was today and the route we took. We will definately do this ride again next month.

As always great company and look forward to the next run.
