Hi there, could someone out there set the record straight for me on whether the arqin metro 4 has a simple de restrict method.The dealer whom it was brought off said there was a blue wire to cut under footspace where the battery terminal is however it seems a bit too simple for mine.And yes,I do know it is illegal blah blah blah.
