Have been watching the MotoGP and what an awesome track phillip island is to watch the bikes on. Then I was thinking about IKT and how it's more stop/start, so to speak. but when watching the 125s in particular how the importance of keeping the corner speed up and the corners are really big and open.
Take the first 2 corners of the island for example and some of the others. But to have group of riders handlebar to handlebar just heeled well over through the wide open corner, I then thought of Raubers rd and thought this might lead to some higher speed corner dicing. Not so much a case of who can brake later and harder but who can hold their line whilst staying under power and getting it out without scrubbing any speed. raubers really only has 3 tight corners/hairpins. So I'm thinking this will be an awesome experience.
