First, reduce a Honda Elite down to it's bare essentials. Next reuse old street lamp covers, vacuums and what have you. At the end you have recycled a bunch of garbage to make a one-of-a-kind creation. The Junk Scooter! Sculpt Meister, and friend to found-parts, Nemo Gould has decided to take his work on the road, so to speak, with his new creation. He and Rich Humphrey are going to have a lot of 'splaining to do when they roll up to the rally in this thing.
